Cancellation Policy

In consideration of the significant demand for appointments and the notable frequency of non-attendance, we have found it necessary to institute a policy whereby a full service charge will be incurred for missed appointments. We afford a grace period of 10 minutes post the scheduled appointment time, following which the client will be recorded as a no-show.
We kindly request your cooperation in providing us with a notice of at least 24 hours in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will permit us to offer the slot to another client in need.
